An active deal is any deal in your CRM that is not marked as Won or Lost and has been updated within the last 90 days. Deals closed more than 90 days ago or clearly archived do not count toward your active deal limit.

TRAICK stores pipeline signal data (deal stage history, contact timestamps, engagement metrics) for up to 12 months to enable trend analysis. Raw contact personally identifiable information is not stored beyond what is required to match deals to your CRM records. Data is processed under KVKK and stored in the EU.

TRAICK will support HubSpot CRM and Pipedrive at launch. Additional CRM connections are on the roadmap and will be prioritized based on founding team demand. If you use a different CRM, contact us to let us know what to build next.
