Integrations

Read from the tools your team already uses

TRAICK connects via OAuth to your CRM, reads activity signals from your email and calendar, and delivers ranked action lists through Slack or email. No data migration, no new process.

CRM connections

Your pipeline data, read as it is

TRAICK connects to your CRM with read-only OAuth scopes. No custom field setup, no admin work, no call with a solutions engineer. We work with the data that is already in your pipeline: stage, last activity date, contact history, deal value, and stage-entry timestamps.

HubSpot CRM

At launch

Full OAuth connection. Reads deal stage, last-activity timestamps, contact history, email engagement events, and meeting log entries from all active deals in your pipeline.

Pipedrive

At launch

Full OAuth connection. Reads deal stage transitions, activity history, last-contact dates, note timestamps, and contact-association records. Supports all pipeline configurations.

Salesforce

On roadmap

Salesforce CRM support is planned for Q3 2026. If you are on Salesforce and need TRAICK now, contact us: we may be able to accelerate this based on founding team demand.

Zoho CRM

On roadmap

Zoho CRM integration is on our roadmap for post-launch. Contact us if your team uses Zoho: early access teams who flag a specific CRM move it up the queue.

Alert delivery

Where your ranked action list goes

TRAICK delivers ranked deal-action lists through three channels. Reps can use all three or pick the one that fits their daily workflow. Managers get a team-level view in Slack.

Email Digest

At launch

Monday morning email with each rep's ranked deal list for the week. Plain, readable format: deal name, deal value, one-line signal, one-line recommended action. No login required to read it.

Slack DM

Growth plan

Direct message to each rep with their top three deals needing attention this week. Managers get a team summary in a shared Slack channel. One OAuth connection for the whole workspace.

In-App Dashboard

At launch

Full ranked pipeline view within the TRAICK app with signal detail, deal history timeline, and stage-age distribution. Accessible anytime, not just Mondays. Useful for weekly planning sessions.

Webhook API

Growth plan

POST ranked deal events to any endpoint you specify. Build your own workflows on top of TRAICK's signals, pipe into your own dashboards, or connect to Zapier for custom automations.

Signal sources

What TRAICK reads to generate signals

TRAICK does not need new data. It reads what your CRM and connected tools already log.

CRM stage and activity log

Stage name, stage-entry date, last-activity date, deal value, close date, and all manually logged activity. The primary signal source for deal-age and contact-gap analysis.

Email open and reply events

CRM-logged email events only: open events, reply events, and send timestamps. TRAICK reads these from your CRM's event log, not from the email provider directly. No email inbox access required.

Meeting log entries

Last scheduled meeting timestamp and next meeting presence (or absence). TRAICK detects deals where no next meeting is booked and the last meeting was more than 21 days ago.

Contact association records

Number of contacts associated with the deal and recency of contact with each. Multi-stakeholder deals need contact spread analysis to detect when one or more stakeholders has gone quiet.
