Purpose-built for the deals that need your attention most
Every signal TRAICK reads maps to a specific reason a deal stalls. No black-box score, no guesswork.
Read the specific signals that precede a stalled deal
TRAICK does not use a generic stall score. Each flag is traceable to a specific measurable threshold your pipeline has crossed.
Days since last outbound contact
Last call logged, last email sent. TRAICK flags deals where both numbers exceed your team's normal engagement interval for that stage, typically 7 to 14 days depending on deal type.
Deal age vs stage median
Each stage has a typical duration in your pipeline history. A deal sitting in Proposal for 22 days when your median is 9 is a quantified anomaly, not a gut feeling.
Email open-rate drop
Not just whether emails were opened, but whether the rate has been declining over the last three touchpoints. A downward trend in opens is more predictive than a single missed open.
Meeting gap exceeding threshold
When was the last scheduled meeting with this contact? TRAICK detects deals where the meeting gap has exceeded 21 days with no next meeting booked, a reliable pre-churn pattern.
A ranked list, not a 40-deal firehose
Every CRM already shows you all your deals. TRAICK shows you the five to ten that need your attention this week, ranked by urgency, with a one-line reason for each.
Urgency-weighted ranking
Deals with multiple stall signals active simultaneously rank higher than deals with just one. The rep's top five deals are the ones where action most changes the outcome.
One reason per deal
Not a dashboard full of numbers. Each ranked deal gets a single sentence: "No outbound contact in 18 days, stage median is 7." The rep knows immediately what to do.
Per-rep, not per-pipeline
Each rep sees only their own deals, ranked for their week. Managers see a team view. Nobody gets noise from deals they are not working.
No checking the CRM activity feed
Checking a chronological activity feed and inferring which deals need attention is what TRAICK replaces. The ranked list is the output of that inference, done automatically.
Signals where reps already work
Reps should not need to open a new dashboard to see what needs attention. TRAICK delivers ranked action lists where each rep already starts their day.
Every Monday morning, each rep receives a plain email with their ranked deal list for the week. The email is short: deal name, deal value, the specific signal that triggered the flag, and a one-line recommended action. No login required to read it.
Growth plan subscribers can connect TRAICK to Slack. Each rep receives a direct message on Monday morning with their top three deals needing attention. The format is compact: deal name, amount, one signal sentence. Managers receive a team summary in a shared channel.
The TRAICK dashboard shows the full ranked pipeline view with signal detail, deal history timeline, and stage-age distribution charts. Useful for weekly planning sessions or when a rep wants the full signal context behind a flag.
Read-only access. Your data stays yours.
TRAICK never writes to your CRM without explicit rep action. The connection is read-only by design.
What TRAICK reads
Deal stage, last-activity date, stage-entry date, email open events, contact history, and meeting log entries. All read via your CRM's official OAuth API.
What TRAICK never touches
TRAICK does not write deal notes, change stage values, create tasks, or modify contact records. No write-back unless a rep explicitly triggers an action from within TRAICK.
Data retention
Pipeline signal data is retained for 12 months to enable trend analysis. Account deletion triggers permanent erasure within 30 days. No data is sold or shared with third parties.
Access tokens
TRAICK stores only the minimum OAuth scopes required. You can revoke access from your CRM provider's settings at any time without contacting TRAICK support.
